No Insurance Contract
Please note that Euler Hermes ACI does not sell insurance over the Internet. Any contract of insurance between you and Euler Hermes ACI will be governed by separate terms and conditions agreed between you and Euler Hermes ACI.
Severability
Should any part of these terms and conditions for any reason be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion and such remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid portion of these terms and conditions had been eliminated.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions and your use of the Site are governed by U.S. law. Disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. courts.
